  VERY pleased with piece - as described. But it did arrive damaged (three of the "spikes" had broken off) :-(. Refund was offered and accepted. I think seller becomes a reputable dealer by how they deal with a customer who has a negative experience when obtaining a piece (normally damage in postage). Traveltempo listened and acknowledged responsibility and was prepared to negotiate. Would buy I buy from Traveltempo again? Absolutely! Good pieces, great postage AND willing to sort out issues :-)
