  When ordering these twelve plates I was concerned about the risk of damage during shipping, and asked the seller to be especially careful in packaging. I am happy to report the plates were well padded, and they arrived intact. My only recommendation would be to also mark the parcel FRAGILE, which might provide an extra measure of probability that future shipments also arrive intact.

  Thankyou for the positive feedback, but I want to comment about marking parcels Fragile. I certainly do in many cases, depending on the packaging I employ. But there is much controversy amongst shippers about Fragile Labels, due to the nature of unscrupulous delivery workers these days. Some think that by alerting them of the Fragile nature of a parcels contents, it only provokes them to mishandle the parcel on purpose. Hence I pack extremely well with full soft foam protection all around.

  I ordered a Vietnam War Veteran pin and I received an American Federation of Musicians pin. I asked the seller to refund my purchase and he said to ship back the incorrect pin before he would make the refund. But paying for shipping from the vendor and shipping back to the vendor is more than this pin is worth. I ordered a pin from another vendor and this guy says"... obviously I have no patience." I just don't like incompetence at any level, however small. I wouldn't order from this guy again.

  AND I WOUDN'T ACCEPT ANY ORDER FROM YOU! You obviously don't UNDERSTAND that ebay sets the rules... FIRST YOU SEND THE ITEM BACK AND THEN YOU GET THE REFUND! If you had contacted me graciously FIRST, I would have immediately sent the correct pin. (It was an honest mistake by the way) But No... jump right to ebay and demand a refund while you intend to keep the other item anyway. That tells us sellers what kind of buyer YOU ARE. I've got plenty of overwhelmingly Positive feedback!

  The bracelet is beautiful as described. However, dealing with the seller and working with me regarding payment was tough. I paid on the wrong card immediately I noticed and tried to cancel so I could pay on a different card and the seller out right refused. He said he received the funds and denied the cancelation. Please note, make sure you know your payment method as they will not work with you on that. He/she said they were in the hospital and it was handled by their son.

  Certainly I appreciate the purchase, and I was in fact in the hospital for 2 days before I could deal with this issue. My son, takes over when I am not there, and had it all packed and delivered to our shipping center in town, before I could even communicate with him about the issue. I was handling it from my cell phone in the hospital, and it was out of my control while I was in recovery room after my procedure. All i n all, it was a perfect transaction, but the buyer made the mistake not me
