  The Seller was very prompt in shipping out the item, but when I received it and set it up, it turned out to be defective. The volume button did not work and the volume itself would just shoot up whilst watching/listening to anything on the phone. I requested a refund. Seller complied. I shipped it out promptly back to the Seller. They received it on the 20th of March. The refund was not given until the 25th. It shouldn't take that long to get a refund, IMHO.
