    Great seller, had a minor setback with one of the packages not arriving with the first one ( possibly lost in transit or misplaced due to flooding en route). Quick message to seller and they sorted it quickly, have yet to fit unit, but looks like good quality, brand new, excellent value and will be able to integrate into dash for a factory like appearance. Very happy AAA+++. Postage delays were possibly lost package during floods.

    Item as described, however the packaging by their company and delivery via FedEx was horrible. The first one arrived damaged, they sent a second which had loose parts damaged. Between the two I can make it work. Sorry to say that unless they ship UPS , no more sales to me.

    Seller has been great at followup questions after the sale and sending replacement parts from FEDEX damage. However the seller needs to improve their packaging.

    unfortunately the condenser was damaged, happily the sender is already in the process of replacing the damaged part, the other parts all look fine, this supplier is very concerned about the way their product arrived and requested photos for further investigation. just waiting for the new condenser and all will be great.
