    seller did not respond within 24 hours of me messaging them because i received a damaged pet. other reviews attest to the same. shipping was fast. packaging was minimal, no protection for the pet. which its plastic, so i get it, but there are small details and it came damaged so it should have been wrapped with more care. not as described because of the damage and im pretty concerned it is not an authentic lps as advertised. not worth the value imo for these reasons. and the head wont go back

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! this seller will ignore ur messages & requests to cancel. i got a bad feeling after reading their reviews and the cheap price for 2-3 of the same pet. when i tried cancelling they ignored and shipped anyways about 5 days later. when the package arrived it was not only a fake but it’s head wasn’t even connected to its body. this person wasted a month of my time trying to cancel it, wait for it to arrive, refund it absolutely ridiculous. be warned.

    Item in excellent condition! As described! Lengthy wait. Item arrived at USPS hub nine days after tracking number was provided. Asked seller for an update twice, but no response. I dislike contacting sellers to ask for a shipping status on my purchases. Arrived safely in a box but without any packing material. Fortunately, item and tag survived the trip. Overall, the shipping charge was reasonable and the item has no flaws. I wish there was more communication but glad to have my item. Thank you.

    Packaged wonderfully. The plush was literally what they said it was and in good condition. Shipping was a bit on the slower side but only by a couple days. But OMG, the price for this was incredible. And shipping was low too~ Thank you so much!
