A picture of the broken product and email was sent to this seller numerous times without a response. Clearly, this seller has no intention of making this right. The Buyer notified us and we responded within 24 hours with an apology and a full refund. A week goes by and Buyer sends nasty note about our lack of response. We, again, respond immediately that this issue was rectified promptly as requested and Buyer posts this review. Buyer then notices that we did indeed respond with a refund, and then apologizes. Yet, still has not had the decency to remove the negative review. We were at 100% prior!
