    I received the hot comb in a timely matter but it was defective. Immediately, I contacted the seller and she gave me the impression that it was going to be replaced immediately. She even provided a tracking number. A few days later, I contacted her again. This time she said, the warehouse was out of this item. She is waiting for for the merchandise to be restocked. I also, got the impression my comb would be mailed directly from the warehouse to me. This was supposed be a gift.
