  the service was very fast. The price was very fair. My only problem is that the day after I received the new filters my refig went out. So needless to say I had to buy a new one. The sales person told me that the new frig has a different filter in it. It still an LG. Wondering if I can send them back for a refund?

  Units worked well. However I was expecting OEM Xerox units (new) in their original boxes - as shown in the listing photo. Shipping was neutral. Label was created (in SC) on the day purchased. However I didn't see any movement on the order until I emailed the seller. Seller stated the post office is not good with updating their tracking. Ultimately the order was shipped out of NJ and was received about a week later than listed.
