If I need to message him he responds, shipping is great as most the figures are on preorder so have to wait for manufacturer. Value is good, packaging is great as if there is a flaw not sellers fault as it’s says on manufacturers website might have damage. All in all doesn’t deserve the negative he’s gotten as everything is described perfectly to what supposed to be
