    Packaging was open upon arrival. Not the outer packaging…..but rather the bag of ginseng itself cut open. Considering the time it took to arrive I did not want to attempt sending it back. The seller was cooperative but I chose not to ask for any reimbursement. I took it on faith that the product had not been tampered with and have been using it ever since. I chose to dry it and grind it into near powder. I did weigh it and noticed a portion had been removed. About 20% of it I estimate. N

    Besides taking a month to receive my whole order. The squid I received is different from what is pictured. I have bought this before, and know what it looks like and taste like. It should taste sweet. What I received is unknown to me, jammed in a small jar, is spicy and taste fishy. Its very unpleasant to eat. Seller assured me its just "upgraded packaging" and has no effect on taste. I beg to differ. Caveat emptor.
