    The item was misleading on the site We were expecting a case of cards. The seller contacted up’s to make sure we knew that this was only a single pack at that price. We requested he cancel the order . Didn’t hear anything back until the order arrived with a huge delivery charge . The item was returned immediately

    We have been on eBay for 22 years without any negative feedback. This buyer was given ample time to acknowledge and cancel the order and only responded after it had already been shipped. After shipment, we were more than willing to accept a return but never received one, nor did we receive a tracking number or any mention of said return until this inaccurate feedback was posted. It is unfortunate that eBay refused to step in despite the fact that this account had no feedback history.
