  Guitar was damaged beyond repair, but packaging was perfect, in all intense and purposes, they sent knowing it was damaged, and now refusing to refund me! I paid £311 GBP, and their starter offer was £40GBP now £150, ! I wouldn't deal with these guys, because if your delivery goes wrong, ttturner turns his head, makes excuses, I'm still waiting, been a long time! Ebay shouldn't allow this man to sell his products as they are defective!

  Hi sir we definately send the new and good condition guitar, there is no reason we can send you defect one, but we will increase the pacakge safety better next time, sometimes it is unavoidable that damaged during shipping process, send you part refund is because we think this damage can be fixed, but if you dont agree, we will send you a replaced one. sorry for this inconvenience.

  I couldn't be happier with my purchase, seller was quick to respond to queries, I got exactly what I asked for and the delivery time was very impressive. I received my guitar in about a week so it arrived way sooner than I expected. The guitar was in perfect condition, needs a little work to setup but this will be the case with most instruments you buy anyway. Fantastic seller who I will definitely be doing business with again!
