  Broken finger, messy hair, not in a box, ripped birth certificate. In no way is this item new or matching pictures of the stock photos they used. This is a damaged item that someone returned that they then tried to sell as new, unacceptable at a $300 price point. They said they’d have to contact the warehouse- 6 days before Christmas. How do you sell a doll and not check the condition before shipping it?

  Seller sent me the Wrong Doll and is Not what I ordered. I contacted the Seller and they simply offered me a $6.00 refund for the mistake if I keep it, or I can return it which would be much too expensive. I asked twice Why they sent me a Different Doll but No explaination. I'm very disappointed and will have to open up a case. My mistake for trying support a new Seller. They Knew it was the Wrong Doll and sent it Anyway. Bad Business Practice. Buyer Beware!! 🚫

  Packaged very, very well. Received in a fast timely manner in excellent condition. The price was great. The doll is soo cute I fell in love with her face as soon as I opened the box. She came with a couple of other goodies too. I am so happy with my purchase! I will post pics soon. I would recommend this doll.
