  At first, the seller marked my purchase as shipped with no tracking. The listing promised free shipping with USPS Ground Advantage. I waited for over a week and a half and my purchase never arrived. I sent a message to the seller, and finally got a shipping number. The votive holders arrived today, and all of them were expected, except that the candles had already been lit for a while, all three of them. I'm very dissapointed with this seller.

  This is 100% are fault. The condition of these items was an oversite on are part. The customer has been contacted, and we are in the process of issuing a refund.
