    Hi - Sadly I have to report this seller. I purchased some items ONLY looking at the first picture AFTER I READ "NEW" in his/her box checked when they listed this item. BEWARE - Do NOT expect NEW packaging if THIS seller lists as "NEW". These products came in with the plastic shield covering the product cracked in many places. If you're giving as a gift, you'll be disappointed and embarrassed to give as a gift. I wrote to this seller (in the hopes of a refund and avoid a bad review). Nope!

    The description in the listing states Item is new in box. Box will show shelf wear or damage to the packaging please see photos. And there was 8 photos in the listing and 6 of them were the damaged box. Buyer tried to use feedback extortion doesn't work with me. I'm sorry I can put the information in the listing but I CAN NOT MAKE YOU READ IT! Also listing stated no refunds. Hopefully moving forward you are able to fully comprehend listings so you are not disappointed in the future.
