  I ordered 20 balloons and only received 14. They were for my daughter's 20th and had to order more from Amazon. I've contacted the seller several times and he responded but never sent the missing 6 as promised. Not very good service and I hope he will refund me as I'm happy to return the 16 out of 20 balloons he sent me. Shouldn't be selling if you cannot count.
