    Absolutely do not purchase from this seller. I did not receive the items that were being sold in the picture, I received a different perfume and a cheap bag made of plastic. Upon reaching out, I was told I get to be inconvenienced with having to package it up and ship it back on my own dime since the packaging materials can’t be reused. This is an absolute joke. STAY AWAY DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! I’ve filed a complaint and opened a case with EBay.

    Immediately replied and offered to replace the item. Mistakes happen and we 'always' work to correct all issues. Buyer is extremely hostile and abusive with anger issues. Immediately started with the threats and personal attacks. Holiday season, the miserable low IQ people with self esteem issues are out and anxious to spread their unhappiness. In addition, we offered to supply a shipping label free of charge, "our policy" she chose to lie about this as well(verifiable in ebay message log).
