Although I find the bottle of shampoo smaller than expected, when I expressed this, the retailer got right back to me. We ve come to a friendly understanding that they can t control Aveda s packaging. Checking Aveda s site I see I paid well under retail for the item. The communication will make me return to this store again, because they are doing business honestly.
