  Sent fraudulent items. No attempt to send replacement genuine items is the big red flag. Not genuine chargers. Bought two. Came in fake packaging with same serial members. And the device doesn't work as advertised. Blamed it on a person but demanded I give the evidence back. Probably for them to prevent it from getting into the authorities hand. F----- for FRAUD.
