    Item was new as described, but shipped in a mailer bag with no additional protection (not even bubble wrap, just the item in a bag) . It arrived damaged, and I told the seller, but received no response. Would have been nice to hear back something..anything, but oh well. Not looking for a refund, just wanted to give the seller a heads up that they might want to package their items more carefully. So, caveat emptor, I guess.
