    This seller is slow to ship, didn’t communicate regarding his delay, and when inquired he stated I should cancel the order because I had an attitude for simply inquiring. Ridiculous for anyone to have to deal with this treatment!

    Thanks for the feedback. To clarify, the purchase was completed on Friday at 10:30AM. I offer 2 day processing and ebay informed you of a 2 day window to ship. Per ebay policy, weekends do not apply to the day count. So you reaching out asking "Do I need to cancel" on Monday afternoon was not well received and was rather rude. Your order was fulfilled within the allowable timeframe and was not delayed, and as a result, no communication for a delay was necessary. Thank you.

    Item description was new, meaning it was not an open box product. I messaged the seller before purchasing asking if it had been opened seller never answered. I ordered the shaver  works fine, but there were no directions pamphlets in the box. It’s the  type of product you actually might need the directions.  Still working 30 days later, but I tend to wonder if it was an open box. Seller may not have known.
