    Very nice, as advertised! The phone looks brand new and came both fully charged and much sooner than expected. It turned right on and would navigate to all the menus. I have played wave files but there doesn't seem to be an app for MP4. Also, I haven't tried to connect to a carrier. Very satisfied, HIGHLY Recommend Seller!!!

    The phone I received was defective and wouldn't turn on. The seller suggested the battery might be faulty and promised to send a replacement. However, two months after the order, the battery still hasn't arrived, leaving me with a non-working phone and out of the money I paid. Although it's a used phone, the seller claimed it was fully restored and functional. It's clear the seller didn't check the phone before shipping. In my opinion, do not buy from this seller!
