  I received the ink I ordered. There was a problem in transit or when packaged. It leaked on the box and little so I went ahead and tried to take the black cartridge out it started leaking everywhere. I contacted the seller immediately complete with pictures and they issued my refund almost instantly. I appreciated that very much.
