    Great value, but delivery service not up to standard. I paid extra for postage. Late by 2 hours, therefore the bag was left in the open next to a footpath and main road. CCTV allowed me to locate the item. I've messaged the seller, but no response.

    We charged £2-00 for the shipping, so we didn't charge you extra, in fact we subsidised the shipping. We cannot influence what the shipping agent does with the parcels so we cannot be blamed for what the courier does with the parcel. We just ensure that the parcel is adequately wrapped and it is clearly labelled. You asked for the £2-00 postage to be refunded because he came 2 hours later than expected and after you've watched the courier on CCTV... Please take the matter up with Evri.
