Item personalised as requested was beautifully sculptured and looked just like my Lab, features well designed , sleek and just the right size for a wall , without being intrusive. It came quickly ,very carefully packaged , informed of its tracking from outside of UK very efficiently. The body and background are made of a shiny type of material which reflects the light but is lightweight to hang . All round excellent value highly recommended this seller
