    Ok experience. Seller provided a lengthy description of the item, but pictures of the box only (item not new in box, so would have been ok to open. Packaging was minimal- a thin paperboard box with two pieces of tissue paper to take up some of the slack. Luckily the ornament (with lots of small protruding pieces) made it unbroken, but I’m not sure how. Everything worked out ok in the end.
