    Item was marked at NEW, but was clearly was an OPEN BOX as it was missing the hardware installation kit (washers, nuts, etc.). The seller's returned message was that it was new . . BS, but did offer to refund my purchase if I returned it. Stop listing items as NEW if the box has been opened and tampered with!

    What do you mean i did not return your messages? I immediately replied that everything we sell is new, maybe it should have been listed as open box, but new regardless. And i offered a full refund upon return. Check your messages and you will confirm what i am saying.
