  I have contacted the seller twice with no response. These were to be Valentine decorations and still haven’t arrived. The seller will never get my business again. I told them I expect a refund.

  I've tried to connect with the seller and at first they were very responsive. Now they have disappeared and have not responded to me since 1/23/24. It's been since the end of December that I've been waiting for my purchase. And again on 1/22 the seller responded with they were sending another out immediately. Still nothing. I've tried to remain patient but I've not been able to communicate with the seller since, they have ignored all attempts I've made to email them. Unsure what to do now?
