    Item listed as excellent. It was frayed, old, and the collar was stained. Seller offered to accept a return. My frustration with this purchase is the sellers inability to accurately describe an item that is clearly far from excellent, let alone good. Time is a valuable resource and the amount of time and energy to pack up, drive to USPS, and pay for shipping does not make this a good remedy. How about you takea loss, refund the buyer, and try to be more accurate/honest with item description
