    I didn’t even realize when I bought this phone case it was listed as used. When I received the phone case it didn’t have a box, but it came wrapped nicely so there would be no damage to the case. Even though it was used, it looks brand new. The shipping was super fast and this seller handles their items with Care when they use them because as I said, the item looked brand new. I didn’t realize it was even used until I went to leave this feedback. The seller is highly recommended

    Item arrived missing a critical component. The seller always responded quickly to messages, and they offered a few ways to resolve the problem. Eventually, I got the missing component shipped standalone to complete the purchase, and the seller did not charge me to remedy the issue. The product itself is probably better listed as "Used" and not "Open Box", but does work well; the headphones are in good shape, the mixamp is barely used, but some cable ends are beat up. Only a small issue though.
