I had cause to telephone and spoke to Amy who was great and able to answer my questions, so nice to be able to speak to a human in a modern world of bot apps. The item I purchased was brilliantly wrapped and arrived on time and safe with DHL. I don't often have enthusiasm writing longer reviews but in this instance UGS deserve it. 100%
