Steinbach nutcrackers are extremely fragile and this seller carefully packed the item but there was some damage. Otherwise item came as described. Seller was very responsive to my reach out and made it right! Great value and would buy from in a heartbeat.     Shipping was timely, it was packaged securely and with care! As described the only thing that was confusing was in the description it said it's volume was a gallon however it's more the size of just under a half a gallon. However I am pleasantly surprised even with it being a tad smaller than I expected I am in love with it! Seller definitely had it priced right for it's size! I would recommend buying from this seller!! A+
