Shipping was disappointing. 5 days between the shipping label being generated and the package being given to the shipper it actually to longer to be dropped off at the shipper than it was in transit to me.   Great item but the extra curved handle piece in the picture was not included. Understand this was an open box and that extea piece was not shown on the box i got in the mail. Only purchased from you because of the extra piece shown in main picture. thank you
