  The lampshade arrived in nice condition. It was a quality item, which I expected based on the price. However, I purchased from this seller because it came with the matching harp, but it was not included in the box. The seller said it would be sent. It was missing the saddle, which is the metal piece that holds the harp onto the lamp. I reached out again and was told that part was not included. Home Depot only sells the harp with the saddle, so I had to pay $6.51. Negative on customer Service.
