  Iron arrived in a box where the item was wrapped in small bubble wrap but the point of iron broke open the box just going from one side of the city to the other. Iron was listed as used once. Sadly it must have been used all day from condition. Unfortunately something inside the iron rattles. I did contact seller with info I am stating here. No response. It does heat up and irons. So I guess I got what I paid for. I wish I would have spent the $7. more and gotten a new one from Target.
