    this is not a small business as they noted in message. I never used this product as they indicated in email, I did how-ever open the package, review the contents, then opened the manual to be able to read the item description. This product is described different so upon reading owners manual i decided it was not what I had expected. i never used or install or energize this product. The seller write comment in email through ebay that I used this product. THIS IS NOT TRUE.

    Buyer opened a return stating that he wanted to upgrade to another model and no longer needed the one delivered, we rejected the return as we do not accept returns on brand new factory sealed items if the buyer does not need it any longer. We list our products very competitively for the very same reason and do not have the room to accept returns on used products. Please do your research before making a purchase.
