If our product has issues, we offer a 30-day return policy with a full refund. Why not use this service? Recently, individuals have illegally obtained American identity documents to register on platforms and buy from sellers. Instead of proper returns, they use malicious reviews and threats to force refunds. Some even resell our products on other platforms after purchasing from us. This behavior harms sellers and disrupts fair trade principles. It’s regrettable and unacceptable.
