  Absolutely amazing customer service! The sign arrived damaged, which I can only assume was through very rough treatment by the delivery service as the sign was packaged very well. I contacted the seller and they arranged to send me a replacement part and very good directions on how to fix the sign. Within minutes of receiving the part, the sign was fixed.
