  The seller’s warehouse made a mistake and shipped only 2 Samsung water filter out of the 4 pack. However, I emailed the seller and the seller responded quickly and shipped the remaining 2 water filters — it arrived quickly within 4 days. It would’ve been better communication/service if the seller provided the second tracking number by email and provided more information so there won’t be any missed communication. Overall, I have all 4 Samsung water filters and the value is a good deal.

  The condition of the packaging was questionable but overall the product is as advertised. Came pretty fast too. Would recommend this seller again. I would tell them to spend more time on making sure that there package doesn't get damaged in shipping but other than that I have no compliants.
