  I followed instructions and checked the box, which looked fine, but once unwrapped, the bumper was clearly broken. Seller offered $75 out of nearly $700. I declined, and they eventually accepted the return. I’m leaving a negative review because it felt like they knew it was damaged and then blocked me from buying again, even though I was open to a refund or exchange.

  Hi, sorry that you had bad experience with us. we have returned the bumper that was nothing wrong with it in timely matter, the grill just needed to clip to the bumper. We have refunded you as soon as we received the bumper back. We have sold hundreds of these bumpers, we inspect all the parts before we ship them. Thank You

  This shipper is a THIEF DO NOT PUT IN ANY ORDERS WITH THIS COMPANY. They took my money on a hood I ordered they did not even have the item in stock they kept me waiting for 2 months, I called everyday and they kept me on hold for hours then Adi told me to go f@@@ myself over the phone when I demanded my tracking number. You will never get a call back or follow up. These scum need to be taken off of Ebay. They tried to steal $1000.00 OF my hard earned money thanks for Ebay refund policy . RUN

  Hi, sorry you had bad experience with us. However, the item was lost in transit which is common with all shipping companies in USA. We immediately offered you another hood to be shipped out asap or full refund to your order. You chose the full refund and we have applied the refund with less than an hour after your request.

  Worst experience ever I payed 1200 for a bumper and hood and received a broken bumper and the hood never arrived they never gave me my money back I had to contact eBay for my refund I called customer service nothing was done they literally try and steal my money
