  I did not receive the item-the pity was it was supposed to be a gift for my wife! The tracking showed delivered, however I never got the item. After a long and convoluted encounter with the USPS it turned out somebody delivered it to the secured locker of someone else. Communicated with seller, who was very responsive and understanding (unlike eBay). The seller went above and beyond to help figure out the situation. Refund was provided and I cannot be more grateful! Thank you and God bless you!

  A+++ REALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE ALL THE WAY AROUND!! I bought this once before and the corner was cracked and pushed in. I put tape on it and mentioned it to seller no big deal. Fast forward a month. I bought another one a left message to seller. Please make sure item is packed really good due to last shipment. Issue! Seller sent me “TWO” instead of one to make up. Which was not needed. But so above and beyond for doing that! Really appreciated not many people would do that on their own will. A+++
