  *Great seller and excellent communication.* Definitely needs to change courier. The one used took the biscuit with 48 hour delivery taking 4 days from Birmingham to Derby. The box had extensive damage even though it was sealed with plenty of tape clearly stating 'FRAGILE'.

  Package was shipped relatively quickly but it did not include all that was advertised. Given the time it would take to process any kind of refund it’s not worth pursuing but a warning to other buyers. Verify what is for sale before committing. Product also advertised as new but was clearly repackaged after being damaged. Nothing deal breaking, but again, not representative of how advertised.
