  Seller notified me he did not have the item that he listed' after i paid for item, Seller then contacted me offering a discount refund if i would except a different smaller size stencil kit in place of the one he had listed. After i agreed to the refund discount Seller offered, Seller' never sent the refund, then blew me off for several weeks after sending several messages with no reply, finally he replied saying' it cost him the same price'. never sent me a refund. Not an honest seller.

  Exact item was not available. Offered buyer a similar item with a refund of the difference between the two items. Item was sold during a 25% discount sale on all inventory, effectively giving the buyer the item for the cost of shipping. You can currently purchase the original item for less than what the buyer paid for the substitute item. Therefore, all terms of the transaction were satisfied. Negatie feedback is unwarranted.
