  I purchased an item that was unknowingly "out of stock" , because the site did not state it and accepted my payment initially. I inquired about it 3 days after I paid, and that was when I was informed that it was out of stock. If I had not inquired, I don't know when I would have been refunded, but once I inquired, they issued my refund instantly.
