    Here is my experience. It took 3 weeks to get the item. The item was described as new in original box. The item (a microwave) was damaged when I got it. I had to get some kind of waiver from the seller to file a claim with UPS. I got an email from the seller a few days later. I took that email to UPS and they didn’t know what to do. Called UPS customer service and was told the seller had to initiate the claim. Notified the seller and haven’t heard a thing. So I have a damaged microwave.
