There was damage to the figure that wasn’t fully disclosed in the description but the seller promptly responded to me and issued a partial refund, which was agreed upon.     There was a mix up in the lot sent to me after the purchase, but after speaking with the seller, they provided a return shipping label and sent the correct lot. They were very respectful and understanding of the situation, and was prompt with communication regarding the new tracking number. The correct lots items were exactly as described, packed well, and the shipping time, while not the fastest, came in within the expected timeframe. Overall very pleased :D

    Great value. But, the description said no remote and at the same time that it included only what was in the pictures. Of course the remote was in the pictures. So, I knew it was a gamble. But, seller could communicate better by blacking out stuff not included in the picture. Packaging was basically just a bag around the manufacturer box. Sad.
