  When I bought this item, it took a few days to get shipped out, however the seller kindly communicated with me the reason for this and then shipped it out as soon as they could. The items all came in boxes like promised, making them brand new. The quality of the ponies were as if they were just bought from a store and look perfect with my collection. They are all very cute with no damages to them whatsoever. Very happy with the items and seller overall.
