  Item brand new, as described. Way it was packed for shipped tore in multiple places, allowing the item to become scuffed and worn at the edges. Since it is luggage, and will end up scuffed and worn after the first time I check it, I’m not too bothered, but it should have been packaged better for shipment to me.

  Received travel bag prior to the delivery date. It’s just as described. Zippers and clip buckles are heavy duty and work perfectly well. Received the insert baggage cubes in a different shipment a week apart, however had great communication with the seller. Cubes really make a difference in the packaging system of this travel bag.
