  There was a bit of mix up on the right springs after I had installed them and turned out they were not the right ones. Jack had the manufacturer send me the right ones directly and I sent the wrong ones back for a refund. Great customer service!

  This seller turns out to be great! After I thought they weren t getting back to me about my issue, it turns out no one had been into the office yet to respond to emails. They did quickly get back to me when they got in the following business day. Not only that, it looks like the missing part and destroyed box were the fault of the shipping carrier.
