I bought the winch because in shipping in item description “all items shipped same or next day “ . 2 days after purchase using contact seller I inquired about my order. 4 messages over 4 days no response from seller! 7 days after purchase received message from eBay UPS received my order and tracking number. Never heard from seller! Not even a thank you for your business! Bad seller!
